Taoyuan District Court assigned the case to the President of Taoyuan District Court, who is also a member of the Labor Court, and appointed a Labor Mediation Committee member with experience in handling labor cases in the aviation industry. After four months and three labor mediation sessions, and with the joint efforts of both parties' legal teams, a consensus was reached to reinstate the rights of the striking flight attendants effective January 1, 2021, based on harmonious and friendly labor relations.
