1. Course Introduction

  • Jurgen Habermas (1929-) is a professor of philosophy and sociology at the University of Frankfurt. He is the founder of the Frankfurt School's theory of knowledge and communicative action theory. Habermas is committed to the elaboration and development of the "communicative action theory". He believes that through the "reconstruction of human communication rationality" and the establishment of an "ideal discourse situation", problems caused by ideology and prejudice can be solved.

  • This course allows students to learn effective and equal communication through the practice of Habermas' communication theory, which will greatly improve the work efficiency of managers and employees at all levels, reduce the prejudice caused by unequal communication, and improve employee work efficiency and self-growth through effective communication. It also helps companies optimize operations through employee functional improvement and achieve the goal of sustainable management.

  • The main purpose of this course is not only to enable students to understand the correct communication knowledge and concepts, but also to help students achieve their goals through group discussions and exercises, and then to help them establish personal goals, so as to significantly improve employees' communication skills, assist their self-growth, and optimize company management and governance.

One class lasts 24 hours, and classes are arranged according to the needs of enterprises (such as 3 full days or 6 half days; continuous classes or classes every other week, etc.)
